Storage units and storage pods, done properly

What we do

Business Spaces runs storage units and storage pods at Rear of 8 Keswick Road, Blackpool FY1 5PB. On the ground floor, four sizes of lockable unit from 150 to 300 sq ft come with lighting, power and free Wi-Fi already working, so a small business can move in and start trading the same day. From early 2027 the first floor adds storage pods from 15 sq ft and rooms up to 100 sq ft, and two small offices open in January 2027. Whatever size of space a business needs, it is under one roof.

Why we set it up this way

Small businesses are often stuck between two bad options: working from home, where stock and tools take over, or taking on a full commercial lease with utility accounts, deposits and a long commitment. We wanted something in between: a proper space, ready to use, on terms that let you leave with one month's notice if things change.

How we work

• Clear prices. Weekly rent shown on the website, electricity at the supplier's rate with no markup, free Wi-Fi.
• Simple terms. One month minimum, then month to month.
• One point of contact. Everything is handled on WhatsApp at 07366 991012, from first question to booking.
• A community of businesses. Business neighbours to work alongside, and discounted offers between tenants.

Our approach to approvals

We approve every business use before move-in. It keeps the building insurance valid for every tenant.
