A storage unit that is also a place to work
Most self storage is designed for boxes: you drop things off, lock the door and leave. That works for household overflow, but a small business usually needs more. You need to get to your stock at odd hours, pack orders, plug in a printer, test a product or meet a customer.
Our units are built around that. Each one is a lockable ground-floor space of 150 sq ft or more, with the lighting fitted, the sockets live and the Wi-Fi running. You can store your stock and work beside it, with access whenever you need it.

The units suit online sellers with stock to store and orders to pack, market and event traders with stalls, gazebos and stock, and makers who need a small workshop. What is not allowed
Every business use is approved before you move in, so the building insurance stays valid. Car storage is not allowed.
Business and commercial storage, short or long term
Tenants use the units for stock, equipment, tools, stall kit, materials and business records. Because the terms are monthly, they work for short-term storage while you move premises or clear a backlog, and for long-term storage as a permanent base. Every use is approved before you move in.
