More than a bare lock-up

A lot of lock-ups are an empty concrete box with a door. That is fine for keeping things dry, but it is hard to work in one without light or power. Ours come with ceiling lighting, live sockets and free Wi-Fi, so the space is useful from the first day: for sorting stock, loading a van, fixing kit or making things.

Shutter or door

The 150 sq ft and 180 sq ft units open with a roller shutter, which makes loading bulky items easier. The 160 sq ft unit has a security door. The 300 sq ft two-storey unit has a roller shutter below and an upstairs office or storage area with a window.

Security and access

Tenants have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. CCTV covers the entrance and the area outside the units, and every tenant can view it free through a smartphone app. More about security.

These are business lock-ups, not garages for vehicles. Car storage is not allowed, and every business use is approved before you move in.

Terms

The minimum term is one month, then the agreement rolls on month by month with one month's notice. You pay one month's rent in advance and a deposit equal to one month's rent. Full prices and terms.
