Not every business needs a whole unit. From early 2027, first-floor pods of 15 to 35 sq ft start at £10 a week and rooms of 50 to 100 sq ft at £22 a week (guide prices).

The pods and rooms are on the first floor of the building, reached by stairs. They are a cheaper way to keep things safe when a ground-floor unit would be more space than you need.
Who the pods are for
- Online sellers with a small amount of overflow stock.
- Traders who want to keep seasonal stock separate from what they sell every week.
- People between homes, decorating, or clearing a room who need somewhere for boxes and furniture.
- Students and anyone else who needs a small, secure space for a few months.
Who the rooms are for
A first-floor room sits between a pod and a full unit. It suits a business that has outgrown a corner of the house but does not need a roller shutter or a work area, such as a seller holding extra stock for a busy season.

The ground-floor storage units are available from 1 November, from £65 a week. You can start in a unit and move to a pod or room later if that suits you better, subject to availability.
