When household storage helps

Choosing the right size

The ground-floor units start at 150 sq ft, which is plenty of room for furniture and boxes from a house move. If you only need space for a few boxes or a couple of pieces of furniture, the first-floor storage pods (15 to 35 sq ft, from £10 a week) and rooms (50 to 100 sq ft, from £22 a week) open in early 2027. Those are guide prices, and the pods and rooms are reached by stairs.

Short term or long term

The minimum term is one month. After that you pay month by month and give one month's notice when you no longer need the space, so you only pay for as long as you need it. Access and security

What you cannot store

Every use is approved before you move in, so the building insurance stays valid. Cars cannot be stored, and neither can flammable liquids or gases in bulk, such as fuel or gas cylinders. Tell us what you plan to store in your first message and we will give you a clear answer.
