The same straightforward terms

To move in you pay one month's rent in advance and a deposit equal to one month's rent, and provide photo ID and a signed Direct Debit mandate. At £70 a week, a month's rent averages about £303. Electricity is charged at the supplier's rate without markup.

Office plus storage

If your business holds stock or equipment as well as needing a desk, you could pair an office with one of the ground-floor storage units. Alternatively the 300 sq ft two-storey unit combines a roller-shutter space downstairs with an office or storage area upstairs, and is available from 1 November.
