All four are ground-floor spaces with no windows in the main unit area. That is deliberate: windowless units are harder to look into, keep sunlight off stock and give you clear wall space for shelving. The 300 sq ft unit adds an upstairs office or storage area that does have a window.
Which size do you need?
A quick way to decide is to think about what will stand on the floor rather than what will go in boxes.
- 150 sq ft is right for most people leaving a spare room or garage: shelving on two walls and one table.
- 160 sq ft suits work behind a closed door, such as making, repairs or photography, with stock that arrives as parcels.
- 180 sq ft gives room for bulkier items, a second run of shelving or a larger work area.
- 300 sq ft is for a business that wants storage or a workshop downstairs and an office with daylight upstairs.
If you are not sure, message us with what you plan to keep or do in the unit and we will suggest a size. You can move to a different unit later if one is available.
Need more space? Join two units
Several units have internal adjoining doors. Rent side-by-side units and walk between them without going outside. The doors stay locked unless one tenant rents both sides.
