Book a unit in three steps
Bookings, questions and viewings are all handled on WhatsApp. Units are available from 1 November, and if you pre-book your first week is free.
The three steps
- Message us on WhatsAppSend a message to 07366 991012 with the unit size you want and what your business does. If you are not sure of the size, describe what you will keep or do in the unit.
- Get confirmationWe reply to confirm which units are available and whether your business activity can be approved. You can arrange a viewing at the same time.
- Secure your spaceSend your photo ID, pay one month's rent in advance and the deposit, and sign the Direct Debit form. Then collect your keys and move in.
First week free. Book your space early and your first week costs nothing.
What to put in your first message
- The unit you are interested in: 150, 160, 180 or 300 sq ft, or an office, pod or room.
- What your business does and what you will store or make in the unit.
- When you would like to move in.
- Whether you would like a viewing first.
Being clear about your business activity at the start means we can confirm approval quickly. Every use has to be approved so that the building insurance stays valid.
Viewings
Viewings are arranged over WhatsApp. The site is at Rear of 8 Keswick Road, Blackpool FY1 5PB. See how to find us for map links.
Moving-in day
Because the lights, power and Wi-Fi are already working, moving in is simple. Bring your shelving, bench and stock, connect your devices to the Wi-Fi and you are ready. Ask us for the CCTV app details so you can see the site from your phone.
