This is the only storage unit with a window. Downstairs works as storage, a workshop or a dispatch area behind a full roller shutter. Upstairs, the office has a window, which makes it a good place for admin, calls, design work, product photography or meeting clients. Lighting, power and Wi-Fi are installed and ready to use.
